NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of Ten (10) requirement contracts for Installation of V C/C Floor Tile in Apartments-Development Specific pursuant to RFQ#s: 522125- Carey Consolidated Houses, 522126- Marlboro Houses, 522127-ODwyer/Gravesend/CI-Site 8 Houses, 522128- Surfside/Coney Island/CI Site 4&5, 522129- Glenwood Houses, 522130- Sheepshead/Nostrand, 522131- Breukelen Houses, 522132- Cypress Hills/ East NYC Line, 522133- Pink Houses and 522135-Vandalia Houses (or this Bid Series). Contract Term: The Term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the award date established on NYCHAs Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this contract with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods.
