Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, during the term of the Contract, the Citys requirements for labor and materials, superintendence, management, administration, equipment and other appurtenances, incidentals and obtaining of any and all regulatory agency approvals necessary and required to complete the construction work to modernize the 7 elevators at Queens Criminal Court Annex at 125-01 Queens Boulevard, Queens, NY 11415. The elevator replacement shall include new elevator cars and hoistway equipment, cloud monitoring system, controllers, power units, sump pump, and other related required items as noted in the Contract Documents. The work shall include, but not be limited to Elevator Replacement, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Security. Permits and Providing accessibility in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant laws, rules and regulations to all areas, including, but not limited to, paths of travel.
