BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE ADVERTISEMENT BEFORE CONTACTING THE AGENCY WITH BID RELATED QUESTIONS.   Performance and/or Design Requirements: Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is in need of proprietary Florida Connections Reading Curriculum materials for FY 2026-2027   Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed: $50,000.00 Intended source: Perfection Learning  2680 Berkshire Parkway, Suite 100 Clive, Iowa 50325   Justification for single source acquisition: Perfection Learning Corporation is the sole source or origin and copyright owner for the Connections Reading program which is required to be implemented according to the Florida Department of Education guidelines for curriculum adoption for state schools, of which Florida School for the Deaf and Blind is one.  There is no other publisher or provider of these curriculum materials.   See attached sole source letter from Perfection Learning for their complete product list.
