Request for Proposals for Consulting Services

HCPS is requesting proposals for consulting services to conduct a survey and determine the extent of existing hazardous materials at the Havre de Grace Middle and High School buildings and sites in preparation for the demolition of both facilities for future site-related field and parking improvements.
