Phase 2, Cody Shooting Range, Scott County

This project includes construction of a new wood framed building for the commercial shooting complex building, including offices, range control, sales, classroom, and supporting spaces. The structure consists of concrete foundations and flatwork, wood framed walls and pre-engineered trusses, standing seam metal roofing, engineered wood siding, aluminum windows, and hollow metal doors and frames. Interior work includes wood stud framing, closed cell spray foam insulation, fiberglass batt insulation, blown cellulose insulation, installation of drywall, installation of fluid applied flooring, painting, installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and finishes, and installation of wood doors with hollow metal frames. Mechanical work includes the installation of heating and cooling ductwork and appliances for the building in two zones. Electrical work includes installation of lighting and electrical equipment. Site work consists of earth removal, concrete flatwork, re-grading, concrete paving, well installation, and septic system installation. The project also includes alterations to two (2) existing pole barn buildings consisting of selective demolition as described in the contract documents, includes removal of overhead sectional doors, removal of hollow metal doors, and removal of siding. Installation of new operable sectional doors, new hollow metal doors and framing, new siding. The project also includes installation of a new portal sign. This project has 2 Alternates: Add alt #1 equipment on technology plans.
