The Agency has reason to believe that the services or commodities described herein are only available from a single source. Any prospective vendors must provide information in writing regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described in the attached specifications.   Vendor’s information regarding their ability to provide the product or service should be emailed to the contact person listed on this advertisement and must be received no later than March 2, 2026 at 4:00pm ET (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays).   The Contractor/Vendor ultimately selected for this contract must warrant that it has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good-faith performance as a responsible vendor, and that the Contractor/Vendor shall comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all other applicable rules and laws.
