The FDOH’s BPHL has the need to purchase software upgrades, preventative maintenance, and service agreements for BPHL equipment, QTRAP 5500 Mass Spectrometer, QTRAP 4500 Mass Spectrometers, and Agilent High Performance Liquid Chromatograph. BPHL is a Level 1 laboratory in the emergency response network and must be prepared for possible chemical exposures and public health concerns is used for the testing of various chemical agents in the event of a release or exposure.
