Portable Air-Conditioned Restroom Rentals

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking competitive sealed proposals (Proposals) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing portable air-conditioned restrooms (Services). The need for these Services can be abrupt and unforeseen, requiring a quick Vendor response. Citizens would require delivery immediately following a catastrophic event or business continuity crisis. The Services will be used for Citizens’ locations where Catastrophe Response Centers, Field Support Vehicles, Claims Support Vehicles, and other temporary or long-term office spaces are established within the state of Florida. Environmental conditions could be poor, access to the area could be limited and curfews could be in place. It is important that the Vendor be able to perform in such adversity and potentially while under duress. Citizens seeks to award contracts (Contracts) to multiple Vendors under this RFP. Assignments of work will be made on a case by case basis as the need arises and based on considerations in effect at that time. Citizens cannot guarantee how many assignments, if any, will be made to a Vendor.
