The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct a Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis for the six regions of the Department, and to work with the Department’s Training Team to develop and deliver an Annual Training Plan for Workforce Leadership Development and Behavioral Outcomes, which includes professional coaching, project management services, and the implementation of tailored training sessions.
