The Department of Children and Families (hereinafter referred to as the “Department” or “DCF”), is seeking detailed and competitive proposals to provide built-out office facilities and related infrastructure for occupancy by the Department in Panama City, Bay County, FL. The Department is seeking a site for built-out professional office within the boundary on Attachment B of approximately 10,300 (±5%) usable square feet, with a 7-, and 10-year base rate submission, with ten 1- year renewal options. Please be advised that any proposal containing an excess of ±5% of the required square footage will be deemed non-responsive.
