Lightning Protection Systems, Inspection, Testing and Repairs

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. As part of maintaining the safety and functionality of its infrastructure, the District is seeking assistance from contractors with expertise in lightning protection systems, testing, inspection and repairs. Contractor shall provide inspection, testing and repairs services to ensure proper operation and compliance of lightning protection systems within the specified District facilities.
